BUYER 1% and the SELLER 2 % of the value of the property
02. Legal charges,Documentation Charges,Registration
expenses to the Buyers Account - extra.
03. All charges for Procuring and collecting the required
Documents of the property to the seller's account - extra.
04. For RENTALS,one MONTH's RENT as service charges from
both the OWNER and the TENANT.
04. For Joint Development properties, 2% of the value of
the Land Owner and Developer's respective shares.
